He Owes Me Money

Does anyone know his whereabouts?  I am trying to collect the money he borrowed.  I have his last known address, phone number, email and former employer.  I heard he moved out of Wisconsin, possibly to Illinois.  He is trying to escape his bad reputation, but I'm sure things will catch up with him eventually anyhow.  I read the blog about "Scheer Photography" about other pending cases against him.  http://scheerphotographyvictims.blogspot.com/2008/09/wisconsin-better-business-bureau-info.html
